No power to console - Nordic Track NordicTrack A2550 PRO Treadmill

Check this first:If the console takesbatteries, replace them. If this does not work or your console does not requirebatteries, check the reed switch or optic sensor. Reed Switch:Unplug the treadmill and remove the motor hood cover. The reed switch is mountedon the frame next to the front roller pulley. There is a magnet glued into thefront roller pulley. When adjusting the reed switch, make sure it is pointingdirectly at the magnet. Move the tip of the reed switch within 1/8" of themagnet. Also, check to see that the wire is not damaged, and is connected tothe console. 3er Step: tight the keypanel vs display board and then tight the display board vs lower board(main motor controller board) Good luck, sincerely. God bless you.E.CUADRAMANAGUA, NICARAGUA

Nordic Track Ifit Treadmill has power but walking pad not working

If everything on the display console is working correctly then we know it is either a problem with the wires from the console to the controller or the controller itself. In most cases this means you need a new controller. To verify, take off the motor hood and find the green circuit board called the motor controller. With the power on go into manual mode and push the speed up button to a slow speed. If you see an LED light with "spd ctrl" next to it flickering but the belt still does not move then we know the problem is with the controller sending the signal to the walking belt, in which you should check the wires that go to the motor. If they are connected correctly then we know a new controller is in order. If you do not see a flickering light then it means the speed signal never got there and the problem will be with the wires going from the console to the controller. This is called an upright wire harness.

Treadmill won't start when powered on.

Check out the motor moving the treadmill belt.if the wire connection to that motor gets cut or short in between.then motor will not spin the belt.the normal thing it will do is incline up or down but it will actually not spin the belt. or the other possibility is either the moving belt is got out of its alignment or got overstretched and worn out loose so its not moving.so motor and belt this has to be checked. This will help. Thanks please keep updated.please do rate the solution positively .thank you for using fixya
