Image 15.0 Q treadmill

The treadmill is plugged up to a surge protector, it has worked fine. The power is on in the front, when you put the magnetic key on, the lights come on the machine, and then go off in 1/2 a second and there is no power to the machine. I have taken the front cover off and you can see the power light is on, but the actual machine at the top has no power to let you get started on your programs. Any ideas????

Asi image pro 2 treadmill error code 2

Loss signal or No Speed: 3 possible areas that can be causing the problem speed sensor , motor control Board ( MCB ) or the drive motor. Unplug unit remove motor shroud then plug in unit now on the MCB their should be L E D s lights should be on. One of the L E D s should speed on other P W M . Start your treadmill you see the PWM light flickering thus the upper console and cable connections are good now it will go back L S. Reset your treadmill then manually start pushing the running belt now the speed light should be flickering if it does then the peed sensor is good if not flickering then replace sensor. If we have a good speed sensor then I would check the Drive Motor this done unplugging the unit the disconnect the two leads coming from the motor to MCB then by using a fully charge 18v drill battery connecting the leads to the motor should move it at approx; 1 mph then Your MCB is defective and need to be replaced. if no belt movement you for the most part will have worn brushes or open windings in the motor , I would open the brush compartment and inspect the brushes if they are less than 3/8" in length replace them this should the motor issue. Good Luck

Check the manual about REED SWITCH on page 20 - treadmill speed problem. Same issue, just adjust REED SWITCH to be 1/8" away from magnet. Just fix mine with exactly same problem.

Image 17.0 Treadmill is stuck in incline position and will not go down. I do not plan to use the include at all, is there a manual way to move the incline to 0? Any suggestions?

Hello there, The first thing I would try is to calibrate the incline on the unit. Do this using the following procedure. With the safety key out, press the stop button along with the speed up button while inserting the safety key onto the unit. remove your fingers from all buttons, Then press the stop button one time. Now press the incline up button one time. The unit should go all the way to the top, then return to the bottom. Remove the safety key and reinsert it to continue using the machine If this does not work you can manually move the machine to the bottom using this procedure. Remove the hood cover b removing 2 screws in the rear of the machine and removing the first 2 screws on the foot rails on each side. You can now lift the cover out of the way. At this point you will see the incline motor located in the center of the unit pointing in a downward direction. On the top of the motor there will be a small fan encased inside of a metal cover. There will be a flat head screw located inside the metal frame where the fan is. Rotate this clockwise to lower the unit. (the motor is geared very high it may not seem as though it is moving but it is) be patient that procedure does take a little while. Any questions please feel free to leave another message on this link. Good Luck! Tim

If you look at the front roller. there will be a black device that has two wires. this is your speed sensor. Make sure it is facing the magnet on the roller.
