I need to move my Proform XP 620 treadmill down a flight of stairs. What is the best way to do this

Honestly, the best way to do this is to call an expert because any wrong adjustments to a treadmill can cause serious damage but if you want to attempt yourself you must try to move it whole with 2 people stronger holding the front of the tread as this is going to be the heaviest. Take the front down first down the

Image 17.0 Treadmill is stuck in incline position and will not go down. I do not plan to use the include at all, is there a manual way to move the incline to 0? Any suggestions?

Hello there, The first thing I would try is to calibrate the incline on the unit. Do this using the following procedure. With the safety key out, press the stop button along with the speed up button while inserting the safety key onto the unit. remove your fingers from all buttons, Then press the stop button one time. Now press the incline up button one time. The unit should go all the way to the top, then return to the bottom. Remove the safety key and reinsert it to continue using the machine If this does not work you can manually move the machine to the bottom using this procedure. Remove the hood cover b removing 2 screws in the rear of the machine and removing the first 2 screws on the foot rails on each side. You can now lift the cover out of the way. At this point you will see the incline motor located in the center of the unit pointing in a downward direction. On the top of the motor there will be a small fan encased inside of a metal cover. There will be a flat head screw located inside the metal frame where the fan is. Rotate this clockwise to lower the unit. (the motor is geared very high it may not seem as though it is moving but it is) be patient that procedure does take a little while. Any questions please feel free to leave another message on this link. Good Luck! Tim

I need to move treadmill Proform XP 650E to another room but the door is small

Have you considered moving the doorway first? Or you could go with what all these other people are suggesting: turn up the speed and then ride it like a tank through the wall. If you have drywall you might slide right through. Please record the whole thing for the rest of us. We all need a good ab workout from laughing at the result.
