Life Fitness 4000 repeatedly blows outlet circuit breaker

If there was a fuse in the treadmill it certainly wouldn't cause your main circuit breaker to blow. It sounds like the motor burnt out and shorted- which is causing your house circuit breaker to blow. There is a chance that the ball caused some other damage that is creating the short but my bet is on a burnt out motor. You would need to disassemble the unit and test for short circuits to verify.

Proform xp 590s treadmill starts, then stops

Dear Sir:You must adjust again the speed sensor see the diagram attached, tight very well the cables, and clean aroun very well with alcohol.2) Try to run the software calibration. 3) The problem is lack of maintenance, Specially LUBE between deck vs walk deck belt, Do IT RIGHT NOW. That produce ENOUGH friction, by wear deck and walk belt, and shut down the system for to protect the electronic system and component. Hesitation in belt when running - Exercise & Fitness

Mine did this, I just bought a new drive roller...still trying to figure out how to get the old one out. You can pull the hood off the front of the treadmill. On the left side of the front roller, you'll see a thicker part on the roller. If you paint a little nail polish or whiteout on both the raised part and the roller, then try run the treadmill and get it to do the hesitation thing again. Once it does, take a look at the line you painted on the roller. If its separated, you need to replace the roller.
